Processing Time All orders are custom-made and require 1–3 business days to process before shipment. Rush orders are available upon request — please contact us before placing your order to arrange expedited production.
Free Shipping We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery TimesOrders ship from our facility in Kentucky. Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available upon request)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Custom & Special Handling Items Because all of our products — including DTF transfers and custom apparel — are made to order, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun. Please double-check your artwork, sizes, and quantities before submitting.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
